Sometimes you look into a dog's eyes
And notice something looking from inside
Something that looks just like a man

So when I say I feel just like a stranger

Broke down from working hours uptown
And back at home, the best thing that I feel
Is excited about watching T.V

The people, the colors that you meet there
They're so friendly, they never stare back
They just stare off into space

Sometimes my mind is like a fountain
Sometimes my mind is like a little dog
Sometimes like a field of dogs
