V: I actually heard one of your interviews recently that... you're investing in a lot of businesses and storefronts and so forth.

A: Yeah yeah I bought, I just, I recently bought a storefront, and I bought another house. And, you know, I got, I got an investment, um, group. Me and two of my guys, we umm, I planned, we at least buy one property once a month, yanahmsayin? That's how we do it. We got like a five-year plan but, it just started last couple months we was buying properties, at least one property every month. Fix 'em up, and going to work with it, yeah.

V: Okay, like what kind of properties?

A: Uh, room properties. Like houses and... mainly houses. You know, you know Philadelphia is a... I gotta say it's prolly one of the best markets because you can buy it cheap right now, and uh, the university. You know, uh, I live near Temple. So the university is moving in all the private, all of the... one of the most popular drug corners in Philadelphia now is filled with college kids. Yanahmsayn? You coulda bought houses down there for prolly like ten, fifteen grand. Now these houses work for like two hundred. Ya feel what I'm sayin'?
