Reginald “Ducci” Williams or Whoppa Wit Da Choppa was born on the East Side of Jacksonville with his brother and fellow rapper Spinabenz. Both come from the set Cutt Circle/1200. 1200 is split into other cliques like the 187 boyz, ATR/Ateam Records, and Shug Nation. Ducci and Spinz has beef with numerous other gangs such as Foolio’s 6 Block, Hilltop, Ave B, Y&R, 5020, and VL.
