Born as Miho Karasawa (唐沢美帆; Karasawa Miho) on July 15, 1983, in Nerima City, Tokyo, Japan, TRUE is a singer-songwriter who originally debuted in 2000, with the single “Anytime, Anywhere” under her real name.

She would go on releasing songs until 2004 under Horipro, and ten years later, made her redebut with the name TRUE, releasing the single UNISONIA in February of 2014. Since then, she has released songs for various anime, which has since become top hits. Among them include “Sincerely” and “WILL” for ヴァイオレット・エヴァーガーデン (Violet Evergarden) and “Storyteller” for 転生したらスライムだった件 (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime).

TRUE is currently signed with Lantis, and has been with them since her redebut in 2014.
