About The Sausages

The Sausages are, to put in the best terms, a group of comedic radicals who know a thing or two about art. Hailing from Bakersfield, California, the group had a mutual formation in each of the members' high school years, to then slowly unfold into a name for themselves. They started a YouTube channel, posting whatever they sought best for their brand; eating super hot sauce, cringeworthy acting clips, Club Penguin, and much more madness. On their Instagram, they post under the same conditions, whatever they find the most appealing to the eye of a Sausage. Photos of graffiti, candid shots, unusual situations, and other peculiar stills.

The music journey didn’t begin until one night an unexpected recording session occurred and since, they dove head first into the scene. Their debut album, Trailer Sauce, was made in the following two months, releasing each track on SoundCloud, until it’s final upbringing to all digital platforms in October 2018, and even a sole vinyl press. A few music videos followed, some word was spread, but just a few months later, the group would be back with a bang. Mofo Dojo, an EP, was unveiled in early 2019. From that, the group took a short break, shifted their focus on their music, experimented with some new sounds, and then one night they had a jam session on tape that they would wrap an entire album around. Their sophomore album, The Sausages Got the Blues was released in July of 2019.
