Altaf Sheikh, better known as Mc Stan, is an Indian rapper, music producer, and songwriter from Pune, Maharashtra.

With rap influences from Eminem and 2Pac, MC Stan began his rap career in early 2018 with his song “Samaj meri baat Jo,” in which he dissed mainstream Indian rappers such as Emiway Bantai and Divine. Stan Hit songs such as Wata, Khuja Mat, and his infamous rap beef with Indian rapper Emiway Bantai made his name known in the Desi Hip-Hop genre.

Rapper MC Stan released his debut album “Tadipaar” in 2020, where he patched the storyline and derived the sequence of events that happened to him in Jail because he was accused of doing a half murder.
