First formed in 1984, Half Man Half Biscuit are an English rock group hailing from Birkenhead, Merseyside. The band consists of lead singer and guitarist Nigel Blackwell, bassist and singer Neil Crossley, drummer Carl Henry, and guitarist Karl Benson. Their debut album, “Back in the DHSS” (a play on the Beatle’s song, “Back in the U.S.S.R.”) was released 1985.
