David Lee Wilkinson (born November 18, 1993), professionally known as Hailen, is an independent rapper and singer-songwriter and music producer based in San Manuel, Arizona. He is currently the CEO and founder of his independent artist collective, Hailen Music Publishing, since August 2019, and is a former artist to Smoke N Phire Productions. His first studio album, I Love It When They Hate Me, was officially released in October 2022 through the independent labels.
