Graham Brazier born May 6 1952. Well known in his home country of New Zealand as the front man for Hello Sailor.

During 1978 when Hello Sailor was gigging in Los Angeles and creating some buzz in the music industry. Graham was encouraged to audition for The Doors. They were putting together shows to promote their recently released American Prayer album. They were impressed enough to sign Graham up.

He turned down the offer, as he didn’t have the heart to let down his Hello Sailor friends. As a sign of appreciation Ray Manzarek appeared on stage with Hello Sailor playing keyboards.

Graham Brazier passed away September 4 2015 not long before Hello Sailor were to undertake a nation wide tour to celebrate their 40th anniversary.
