Games We Play is a pop-punk band from Miami, Florida. It is comprised of Emmyn Calleiro, Max Landis, and Aaron Hernandez. The members of GWP grew up together in Miami and moved to Nashville, Tennessee in the beginning of 2020, right before the COVID-19 pandemic began.

After a period of inactivity due to the pandemic, GWP released their first single, “Story Of A Love Song”, in February 2021. Their second single, “Deadbeat”, was released in July 2021 after one of their TikToks promoting the song reached 100,000 views. The band then moved to Los Angeles to help expand their careers.

Their next single, “I Hope You’re Happy”, was released in September 2021, but it blew up in January 2022 after one of their TikToks went viral again. “I Hope You’re Happy” reached #1 on Spotify’s Viral 50 playlist, becoming GWP’s most successful release so far.
