Chris Cunningham is an acclaimed music video director, editor and special effects technician from Reading, England, who gained notoriety for the bizarre and darkly unsettling music videos for electronic acid house musician Aphex Twin’s “Come To Daddy” and “Windowlicker”. He has directed videos for many of the other acid house/drum and bass artists associated with the record label Warp Records such as Squarepusher and Autechre, and continues to produce experimental video art installations. He also directs for more high profile, main stream clients like Madonna, and has produced commercials for Nissan and Playstation.

Cunningham was married to bassist and vocalist Jenny Lee Lindberg of the band Warpaint but as of 2012 they are no longer together.
