William Randall Stonecipher (born December 27, 1993), known professionally as Billy Stonecipher (or simply “Billy”), is a 24-year old American singer-songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. Billy attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, receiving credit from his peers as an influential musician on campus. Among other recent accomplishments, Billy earned high honors finishing as a semi-finalist in the Eddie’s Attic Songwriter’s Open Mic Shootout. Previous winners include John Mayer and Jennifer Nettles.

Billy’s debut singles, “Back on the Road” and “Sun and the Stars”, were self-released on April 13 and May 4, 2018, respectively. Eleven days following its official release, “Sun and the Stars” was hand-selected by Spotify’s editorial staff to be featured among the company’s Fresh Finds. Billy’s breakout album, Rookie Year, hit stores May 25, 2018 and is now available to stream on all platforms.
