Maybe with the lights down low
Maybe with a drink or two
I'd look the same as I was before

When I started on this book
I thought that I had so much time
But I moved too fast, turning the pages
Before the ink was even dry

So I'm digging down deep
I'm starting over
Going brick by brick tonight
Until I find
That nothing is lost
Only re-arranged
