This organization was run by a mysterious figure only known to the commoner by the name of Lord Saturn. And even in the midst of the darkness that surrounds this villainous faction, a ray of light could faintly be seen rising from the bowels of the underground as two vigilantes enter the fray: Buk Norris and the Kung Fu Vampire.
