“In and Out” is a reflective piece on not only myself but the world around me and the obsession with being something important. In the song, we discuss the realities of being self obsessive and not understanding that a lot of life’s problems would be less intensive without my cell phone.
What's the matter?
Oh
What's the point in feeling low?
I'm so emotional
No
I'm so caught up in my bones
She's so perfect
And it makes me feel worth it
Now it's hard to be alone
I don't know
Oh so romantic
Am I just pathetic
For falling in and out of love
It's so cathartic
To feel that you want it
I don't wanna fall in and out of love
I'm over it
I'm done
I think I just wanna go home
(Cause you're never alone when you're on your phone)
I'm over it
I'm done
I think I just wanna go home
(Cause you're never alone when you're on your phone)
I'd love it if you broke my heart in two
Picture perfect presence of needing you
Tie it up, I'm set and done, but I don't want you to think I really needed you
Oh
I'm so caught up in my phone
I think I really need to be alone
Cause every time you call, I'll answer you
Oh so romantic
Am I just pathetic
For falling in and out of love
It's so cathartic
To feel that you want it
I don't wanna fall in and out of love
I'm over it
I'm done
I think I just wanna go home
(Cause you're never alone when you're on your phone)
I'm over it
I'm done
I think I just wanna go home
(Cause you're never alone when you're on your phone)
I'm feeling so out of myself
(Cause you're never alone when you're on your phone)
I'm feeling so out of myself
(Cause you're never alone when you're on your phone)
