A doe without a buck and a Jane without her John

It’s hard to get a grip with a purpose seeming gone
But it’s not believe it’s temporary
I was seventeen with some juvenile charges that I buried
It’s nothing to be honored but the point I try making
Is any second chance is a chance worth taking

Thoughts lacking rational decisions with an absence of composure

But hitting rock bottom had my body feeling numb
So I summed every factor that left me hard pressed
And rode it as a motive until there was progress
Took every little step pushing limits I perceived

Body full of guilt self pride awful small
So in the next day it was time to make a push
Seizing opportunities the passive never took
Couldn’t look to my past committed to an oath
To survive being blind to advancement in growth
Because seeing what is gained often leads to contentment
Opposing of the purpose to achieve what’s intended
