Kevin O'Neill, better known by his stage name Lil Zubin/Zubin, is an American rapper, singer, producer and musician from Philadelphia, PA. His stage name is a hommage to his Indian friend Zubin, who he met playing Gears of War online and who committed suicide.
He is a member of the underground rap super-group Misery Club, post-hardcore band If I Die First and has also worked with Philadelphia-based production collective Working On Dying.
Lil Zubin was once known as the ‘Soundcloud Weeknd’ because of his signature singing that accompanies his songs. He is known for his emo-esque tracks often about relationships and heartbreak.
He released his first project, titled ZUBIN, in 2015, continuing on to do various tracks with producers Nedarb, Oogie Mane and F1lthy, as well as producing his own tracks. In 2018 he released his 2nd project, Misery.
