Soken is best known for his work at Square-Enix since 2001, most notably for being the lead composer and sound director of Final Fantasy XIV and its expansions. Soken has also released music under the names “Masayoshi Kikuchi”, “Sorbonne Soken”, and “Luis Noma”.
