Zelo (젤로) was born as Choi Jun Hong (최준홍) in Mokpo, South Korea on October 15, 1996, and debuted as the rapper of the group B.A.P. under TS Entertainment in 2012.
Choi was active with the group until his contract with TS Entertainment expired in 2018 and left both the group and the company as a result. In 2019, he debuted as a solo artist with the mini-album Distance.
