YUNG DP is the stage name of Daniel Padilla, a Fullerton, CA-born hip-hop artist affiliated with Mark Ortega’s MJOREREP. YUNG DP has an entertaining style when it comes to making music. YUNG DP has collaborated with artists such as Young Cade and Joey Trap on his first full-length project, YUNG BEGINNING.

Growing up in California, Daniel began making music as a teenager. YUNG DP was only in 9th grade when he began writing rap songs for fun, It wasn’t until sophomore year that he posted his first track to SoundCloud in December 16 2016, he recorded several tracks but it wasn’t until he signed a contract with MJOREREP in February 2017 that he began taking his music more seriously and distribute his tracks to streaming services around the globe.
