Genki Rockets (元気ロケッツ) is a musical and visual project created by digital media specialist Tetsuya Mizuguchi and music producer Kenji Tamai. The face of the project is a fictional 18-year-old girl named Lumi in the year 2037. Born on the International Space Station, Lumi becoming the first human born in outer space, never visited Earth before.
Singers Rachel Rhodes and Nami Miyahara provide the vocals for Lumi, with Rhodes appearing as the face of Lumi on the group’s album covers, in their music videos, and in the 2011 video game Child of Eden.
