Young Widows is an American noise rock band from Louisville, KY that formed in 2006, after the dissolution of the mathcore band, Breather Resist. At the end of 2005, vocalist Steve Sidoni left Breather Resist. The remaining members changed the name of the band to Young Widows after discovering their sound had drastically evolved from Sidoni’s departure. Since then, Young Widows has produced five full-length albums.
