About Young Chris

Christopher Francis Ries, better known by his stage name Young Chris, is an American rapper from Pennsylvania. He was a member of the rap group State property, as well as the Roc-A-Fella Records-signed rap duo, Young Gunz alongside Young Neef. The latter group released their debut hit single, “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” in 2002. They released 5 studio albums, 3 of which were with State Property. He was also featured on “Nigga Please” by JAY Z in 2003, “I Can’t Go On This Way by Beanie Sigel in 2005, and ”House Party“ by fellow Philadelphia-based rapper Meek Mill in 2012. In 2010, he would sign to R&B singer Rico Love on his record label Division1.
