Vernon Rodrigues, better known by his stage as YNR Scarr, was born in India and raised in the AKG district of Dubai. In the fall of 2021, YNR Scarr began his music career by releasing his debut EP “Forever Scarred” and the popular track “YOU,” which helped to establish a small scene. With these releases, Scarr is letting everyone know that he intends to stay and that everything is possible if you put your mind to it.
