Three years have passed since the then 22-year-old Yemi debuted with “Neostockholm” and was nominated for statuettes for both a Swedish Grammy and P3 Guld. His own and genuine sound also broke ground outside the country, and he received nominations at the British Urban Music Awards and was written about several times in leading American music magazines such as Pigeons & Planes, The Fader and Complex. The latter also ranked the Swede as No. 2 in their list of “The Best Rappers You Never Heard Of”.
With shows all around the country and countless hours in the studio, it has now become late autumn 2019 and Yemi is ready to follow up the acclaimed debut with the new album “Rave”.
