Woodlore was a Brony Folk artist on YouTube, until he unexpectedly disappeared from the internet in early 2018, deleting all his music and accounts on YouTube, SoundCloud, BandCamp, and Twitter. It is rumored that he went on to pursue a professional music carrer, but very few details are known publicly. In April 2018, ponyarchives recovered all his music and re-uploaded all his videos under the name “Woodlore Archive”.

While he was active on YouTube, he was associated with Luna Jax, another acoustic brony musician. The two of them performed together live at BronyCon 2015, and collaborated on “The Heart Carol”, hinting that they would be collaborating more in the future
