The Willett Klick was a Memphis Gangsta Rap group led by legendary underground producer M.D.B., featuring the official members such as: 2 Low Key, Lil Sixx, Lil Hardness, Lil' Chucky, Lil' Klik, and Sir Mike G. Several other local artists who weren’t official members of the group but were close affiliates include: Hard D, Crucifix, Straightlace, Big Daddy & Lil Yo, Sinista Savage, Hurk, Poetrè and the 808 Criminals—Lil Ken, Lockdown, and Killa K.
The group’s “solo tape” was planned for release and teased in a few tracks—like 2 Low Key’s “Outro,” or the group’s collaboration track, “Gimi Sum”—it ultimately never saw an official or even unofficial release.
Nowadays, as of 2025, M.D.B. has already re-released the remastered version of 2 Low Key’s iconic solo tape, Test My Nutz, and he’s planning to officially release the group’s underground album, as well as remaster and re-release the solo tapes from several group members—like Sir Mike G’s solo tape, Project Material, Lil Sixx’s solo tape, Devil’s Mind, and many more.
