Wesley “Wes” Nelson (b. 18 March 1998) is a British television personality and singer from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire in the West Midlands.

He first gained recognition in 2018 after appearing on ITV2’s dating reality show Love Island. Since then, he has also competed on ITV’s ice-dancing competition Dancing on Ice in March 2019, as well as ITV’s singing competition X Factor: Celebrity in October 2019 – where he showcased his talent as a singer.

In August 2020, Wes signed a record deal with British record label EMI Records. His debut single “See Nobody” featuring Croydon, South London rapper Hardy Caprio was released a month later to critical and commercial acclaim, peaking on the Official UK Charts at Number 3. His second single “Nice To Meet Ya” featuring Custom House, East London rapper Yxng Bane was released in April 2021.
