Silence Wang (汪蘇瀧; 汪苏泷; Wāng Sūlóng) was born on September 17th, 1989, in Shenyang, Liaoning, China, and is a singer-songwriter who made his debut with the album 慢慢懂 (Slowly Understand) on November 19th, 2010.

Wang is an ethnic Manchu who was born to an artistic family and had an interest in music since young, which eventually led to him learning classical music in middle school. Later on, he enrolled in and was accepted to music academies and universities such as the Middle School of Shenyang Conservatory of Music for high school and graduated from the Undergraduate Music Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music for university.

During his time in university, he had released music online on streaming websites and topped multiple charts, which helped him gain a contract at a music label, which gave him a chance to make his official debut.

He is currently signed to Linfair Records and has been with the company since 2014.
