Wade Licup (born December 27, 1992) is writer, rapper, singer and undergraduate student. He has always had an aptitude for music ever since he saw Quasimodo sing “Out There.” He has since played the piano and flute for many years. The love for hip hop was born in high school. The urban culture, poetic expression, and unabashed authenticity drew the young man in. As his friends freestyled for fun during lunch and break, Wade wrote his first sixteen (rap verse) when he was sixteen (years old). A few just-for-fun recordings turned into a passion that would change his life.
Every year, every day, every second brings a new moment. Growth and experience are but life’s gifts to us. I make music for the love of it. Money and fame are nice, yet the primary drive is to create. I do it as something bigger than my physical self. The soul does what it must. No one is a fan. Everyone is fam. Welcome back.
