Phạm Nguyễn Hanh Ngân (born July 3rd, 2002), also known as VSTRA, is a singer-songwriter from Hanoi, Vietnam.

Ngân’s music career started in the early months of 2017 when she wrote and released her first song “Chờ Em Nhé” under her former alias “hnhngan"—an abbreviation of her name—on SoundCloud. But it wasn’t until December of the same year that her songs started to grab the attention of Hanoi’s Independent music scene with her first hit "My Christmas Wish.” She then proceeded to release monthly covers of local independent music artists as well as posting her original songs.

hnhngan’s music draws inspiration from the beauty of life and innocent love. She wrote music as a way of appreciating that beauty and to spread her message of positivity, hoping to make a positive change in her listeners lives, one way or another. Because of this and her precise work ethics, she quickly gained the respect and attention from other Hanoi-based artists, kickstarting a promising career as a singer-songwriter.

In late 2018, she met with her soon to be long-time collaborators Ngơ and nân and proceeded to sign with them onto CDSL. Releasing her first single as a part of the said art collective on April 15, 2019 titled “Take Care,” produced by TGSN and featuring herself alongside with HaiSam.

On December 13, 2022, she changed her stage name to VSTRA, calling her “hnhngan” alias a “demo” of VSTRA.
