Vince Russo is a professional wrestling booker who has worked for WWE, WCW and TNA. While he has been credited with a lot of WWE’s success from 1997-1999, his WCW and TNA runs were infamous disasters and he is seen as a standard for failure and one of the most hated and controversial figures in professional wrestling over the last 20+ years. His attempts at taking wrestling into darker and edgier/hotter and sexier directions have often backfired without an editor and his insistence on nonstop Shocking Swerves have often resulted in nonsensical, incoherent unresolved storylines and incomprehensible shows. He is a 1x WCW World Heavyweight Champion.
