A San Pedro punk band formed by ex-F.Y.P (Five Year Plan) members Todd Congelliere and Sean Cole in 1999 after the release of the final F.Y.P. album (also titled Toys That Kill).
Every member of the current lineup also plays in The Underground Railroad to Candyland.
