筒美京平 (Kyohei Tsutsumi)

Kyohei Tsutsumi (筒美京平) was a Japanese composer and arranger born in 1940. He worked with various J-pop artists such as Ayumi Ishida. He won the best songwritting award grand prix of Japan Record Award five times. He passed away from pneumonia in 2020.
