Tom Jung

Audio engineer Tom Jung co-founded Sound 80 recording studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1969, where he experimented with early digital recording techniques using a prototype recorder from 3M. In 1983, he would leave Sound 80 to found DMP Digital Music Products, one of the first digital recording labels.
