Tolga “Toby” Mazhar is a singer, songwriter, producer, audio engineer born and raised in Skopje, North Macedonia. His earliest musical memories are the likes of D'Angelo, George Michael, Prince, Boyz 2 Men and Stevie Wonder.

After graduating from high school he starts producing record for major artists in the Balkan region such as Elena Kitić, 2Bona, Raus, Josif and many more. His frequent collaborators include the acclaimed songwriter Milan Radulovič Lača and the legendary hitmaker Darko Dimitrov.

Toby’s musical style is an elegant blend of timeless R&B sounds and eastern rhythms.

He is currently working on his debut solo project.
