Toby Hobart, is a 17-year-old singer-songwriter and producer from Brisbane, Australia, jumped into the music scene after the success of his first release “Warrior” in February 2019. Within months the song became a hit, tracking in over 95 000 streams within the first 8 months after its release. Growing up surrounded by music in the house, Toby’s sound is unique and innovative, taking inspiration from pop, hip hop, folk and rock genres. Toby has always been the musical type, playing and composing music from the early age of 6 years old when he began piano lessons. His second single “Blessing”, to be released on the 18th of October 2019, incorporates raw emotive lyricism and instrumentation, whilst integrating an electronic spark to further convey its drive.

Toby is inspired by helping others and this can be heard through his music which aims to provide a relatable and common ground on many universally shared topics/issues. Essentially, the music he creates has allowed audiences from all different backgrounds and struggles to emotionally connect and interpret his music in their own unique way.
