Tina Charles (Tina Hoskins, born March 10, 1954 in Whitechapel, London) is best known for her 1976 #1 hit “I Love To Love”. She recorded her first solo single in 1969 with a then unknown Elton John playing piano, and later backed Elton and – among others – Steve Harley as vocalist.
