Born on September 13th, 1967 in Ohio, United States, Timothy S. “Ripper” Owens aka Tim “Ripper” Owens is an American singer and best known as his performs with bands Judas Priest [from 1996 – since 2003] and then Iced Earth.
He featured in two albums with Judas Priest [Jugulator, Demolition] and Iced Earth [The Glorious Burden, Framing Armageddon (Something Wicked Part 1)].
Currently he’s the lead vocalist for American supergroup called Spirits of Fire.
