Thomas Thatcher (fka 508boy) is a poet/songwriter from New England. He started releasing music in 2018 under the name 508boy and is currently using the names T$ and Thomas Thatcher. He was a member of the NY indie duo ‘black tie event’ with Rainfield, and was also in r/music with couture23, protectedcharms, and i.v. Thomas was at the forefront of the DIY indie scene that gained traction during 2020, along with artists like Tek lintowe, W3bcam and Aidan Swank, as well as being an early artist in the emo plugg sub-genre.
