The Quarrymen, founded by original Beatles member, John Lennon, are widely conceived to be the forerunners for The Beatles. Lennon formed the band while he attended Quarry Bank School in Liverpool.
Since the band’s formation, the band has had many members, including: Lennon, Pete Shotton, Colin Hanton, John ‘Duff’ Lowe, Paul McCartney and George Harrison.
