With a mixture of catchy vocal melodies, meaningful lyrics, and intriguing instrumentals, Hungarian indie rock band “The Moog” is a very underrated talent in my opinion.
Formed in 2004, the six man band consists of Tamás Szabó (vocals, keyboard), Gergó Dorozsmai (drums, percussion), Ádám Bajor (guitar), Gergó Gyórgy (guitar), Csaba Szabó (bass).
Although the band is not well recognized, they had one hit titled “Survive"from the 2007 album Sold for Tomorrow. This is completely biased, but i think their strongest album is 2009’s Razzmatazz Orfeum.
