The Ladybirds (USA)

The Ladybirds are considered to be the world’s first topless band. They were formed in the US by five showgirls, and their manager suggested they perform topless.

Their members included:
Robin Sherwood (lead vocals & guitar)
Debbie Dayan (keyboard)
Lisa Lynn (bass guitar)
Bobbi Branch (guitar)
Rosita Quintana (drums)

Marcelle Mitchell was the original bassist, but was replaced with Lisa Lynn.

They are not to be confused with the Danish band with the same name, who were an all-female topless band. They are also not to be confused with the all-female vocal groups from the UK.
