Os The Gift são uma banda portuguesa de rock alternativo formada em Alcobaça, no ano de 1994.

Atualmente, a banda é constituída por Sónia Tavares (vocalista principal), Nuno Gonçalves (teclados, coros e compositor), o seu irmão John Gonçalves (baixo e teclados) e Miguel Ribeiro (guitarra e baixo).

Em 2005, venceram a categoria “Best Portuguese Act” (Melhor Representante Português) dos prémios MTV Europe Music. Têm a sua própria editora, a La Folie Records.
