The Fabulous Wailers, also known as The Wailers, were an early American rock band from the Pacific Northwest. They were active from the late 1950s to early 60s, and their sound, considered to be some of the earliest garage rock, was influential to later groups like The Sonics, The Ventures, and The Kingsmen. Their greatest hit was their 1959 instrumental single “Tall Cool One”.
