The Blue World Order was a parody of WCW’s New World Order, with The Blue Meanie as “Da Blue Guy” (parodying Scott Hall, who had been “The Bad Guy” Razor Ramon in WWE), Stevie Richards as “Big Stevie Cool” (parodying Kevin Nash, who had been “Big Daddy Cool” Diesel in WWE) and Super Nova as “Hollywood Nova” (parodying Hulk Hogan).
