The Vessels and the Rhythm Doctors, two L.A. reggae bands, combined after a joint concert to form what we now know today as the Aggrolites. Their self-defined genre is “dirty reggae”, an amalgamation of soul music, funk, and skinhead reggae. This was also the title of their first album.
