Talk Talk was a British band formed in 1981 by Mark Hollis (vocals, guitar, piano), Lee Harris (drums), Paul Webb (bass), and Simon Brenner (keyboards), who then left the band in 1983.
The group constantly transitioned from sound to sound, first from synth-pop, as observed in their first singles, before moving towards more experimental music in the mid-1980s. They are known to be one of the pioneers of what would become known as post-rock and, throughout their career, they achieved both commercial success and critical acclaim, before disbanding in the early 90s.
