Topeka, Kansas native Terrell aka T-Rell was singing since the age of 4. His introduction to music came from his mother who was a singer with a live band. Growing up T-Rell often listened to R. Kelly and other R&B singers of the 90s. It wasn’t until later he started rapping after following the music of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur.
T-Rell incorporated Rap and R&B genres in his music to have a better outlet for his audience.
