Supa Mojo is a true student of the Hiphop culture and a triple threat artist, exploring the elements of Graffiti, Bgirling (break dancing) and emceeing since year 2010. With a passion to share her skills and bringing together a community of creatives, she began organizing breakdance events like Floor Combat in KL, show casing her art works with her crew The Secret Hideout, in galleries such as 321studios (KL) Hin Bus Depot (Penang) Awegallery (PJ) and studying urban music from various rappers and singers like Jurassic 5, Missy Elliot, and Nas to name a few.
One late night, Mojo was asked to help write lyrics for friends. As her she began typing out her thoughts, her computer was set a blaze with fresh flows, musical ideas and intricate wordplay. Her rhymes seemed to “hack” into the hearts and minds of her listeners and everyone was hooked by the sweet vocals and poetics of SUPA MOJO.
Supa Mojo has since been featured on the title track of Malaysia’s all female crew #AV, released music with renown producer Navigator, and continues gaining experience making guest appearances at festivals and shows like KL Fashion Week 2015, Iskarnival 2016, Dongtaidu Music Festival 2017 and Tiger Uncage Music, Urbanscapes 2017.
With the release of “General Ling”, Supa Mojo introduces herself to the world through her sweet yet deadly lyrical prowess.
